I've been playing with the idea of a new header for my blog. I was messing around with some of the photos I took over the last few days, and this is what I've come up with so far:

What do you think?I have a couple more ideas that actually involve quilts, too. Once I take some time to get some photos of quilts I have here, I'll have other options to work with too. Do take a minute to comment as to what you think, though. I've set up a poll on the top left to keep track of responses...if you like, take a moment to weigh in.

So far I am charmed by the quilted birds, but they are all nice.
I really like the second one for graphic balance and impact, but the 4th one makes the best link between the wording and the photo.... hard hard choices.... :-) Guess my "answer" to your question re which one, would be "Whatever one is most you" at the moment you decide to update!" It can always be changed again on a rotating basis even :-)
The last one wins, hands down. That quilting is inspirational, and is something I'd like to be able to do! Just LOVE looking at stitches -- hand or machine.
I like #3, but not the text. I like #4, but it's a little boring (as in, not very colorful). :)
I like both #2 and #4 but 4 is my favorite.

I can't get the poll to work, and can't remove the widgit either. Google's having a bit of a poll glitch.

I can't remember my ID and can't find my PDA to look it up so I have to be anonymous. You've probably made your decision but gosh I must be the only person who loves #1. Like #4 too.
